Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

In Greece, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are mandatory for most buildings, indicating their energy efficiency. These certificates are issued by accredited Energy Inspectors and categorize buildings from A+ (most efficient) to H (least efficient). EPCs are required for rentals, sales, new constructions, and major renovations and electronic building ID. The EPC also includes recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
The validation of an EPC is 10 years in general, but expires upon major renovations.

-
Ownership certificate.
-
Land registry information.
-
